We are living in unprecedented times, thanks to the outbreak, spread, and impact of coronavirus and COVID-19. The health and safety of our employees, customers, partners, and communities remains our top priority, and we at Summit Sales & Equipment hope you and your families are staying healthy above all else.

 

Our hearts are with those who have been affected personally by the pandemic, as well as the many communities around the world that are facing extreme measures in the attempt to slow its spread.

 

In today’s challenging environment, we want to provide you more information as to how we are operating through the crisis.

  • We remain in operation, in compliance with the oil and gas exemptions to the “stay at home” orders issued in the states of Ohio, West Virginia, and Colorado, as a key part of the supply chain for the essential businesses and processes that are a part of our industry.

  • We have been taking preventive steps to keep our employees healthy by controlling virus spread, while also ensuring that we serve our customers without disruption. We are following the CDC’s guidelines of intensive enforcement of handwashing, stay-at-home-if-sick, and social distancing.

  • As part of those safety efforts, we will continue to operate with a skeleton crew, and others working remotely. This has, unfortunately but necessarily, limited our fabrication, warehouse, and delivery services.

  • Our accounts receivable/accounts payable, shipping/receiving, operations, iron re-certification, and pipe inspection services are proceeding as normal, while also adhering to the best practices of remote work and other forms of distancing wherever possible.

  • With most of our staff out of the office, cell phones and e-mail are the best way to get in contact with us. Our office phones are programmed to forward your call to the cell phones of several key employees, or you can contact me at (330) 464-2870 and josh.collier@summitsalesusa.com, and I’ll make sure your needs are met.
