John serves as Summit Sales & Equipment's chief engineer, overseeing the company's manufacturing and fabricating operations. John joined Summit Sales & Equipment in 2010, following the sale of Collier Equipment Company, which he formed in 1994. Today, John manufactures and repairs much of the same equipment that was a part of Collier Equipment Company. John began his career in the oil and gas industry 45 years ago, initially working as a sales engineer for a regional equipment manufacturer and ultimately moving into various manufacturing and design roles.

Jaime oversees Summit Sales & Equipment's financial and accounting operations as well as sourcing, developing, and executing parts and component sales. Jaime also actively maintains customer and vendor relations. Jaime founded Summit Sales & Equipment in 2007, with a focus on distribution and sales of critical oilfield parts and equipment.

Bob has served a wide range of organizations in Ohio and elsewhere with Summit Sales & Equipment since 2011. Prior to that, he spent seven years with the Collier Equipment Company (SSE president John Collier’s former company), where he not only worked in sales, but also held positions as a welder and fabricator. That experience, along with his willingness to be available at any time on any day of the week, gives him a distinct advantage in helping his customers reach the top.
