John serves as Summit Sales & Equipment's chief engineer, overseeing the company's manufacturing and fabricating operations. John joined Summit Sales & Equipment in 2010, following the sale of Collier Equipment Company, which he formed in 1994. Today, John manufactures and repairs much of the same equipment that was a part of Collier Equipment Company. John began his career in the oil and gas industry nearly 40 years ago, initially working as a sales engineer for a regional equipment manufacturer and ultimately moving into various manufacturing and design roles.



Josh manages Summit Sales & Equipment's operations, with a keen focus on sourcing and executing sales of the company's equipment, re-manufacturing, services, and parts inventory in addition to maintaining customer and vendor relations. Josh joined Summit Sales & Equipment in 2010 after the sale of Collier Equipment Company. Josh has held roles in nearly every aspect of the oilfield equipment manufacturing business, including working in the machine shop fabricating and repairing oilfield equipment, and now managing the growth of Summit Sales & Equipment.

Jaime oversees Summit Sales & Equipment's financial and accounting operations as well as sourcing, developing, and executing parts and component sales. Jaime also actively maintains customer and vendor relations. Jaime founded Summit Sales & Equipment in 2007, with a focus on distribution and sales of critical oilfield parts and equipment.

With two decades of industry experience in a variety of roles, including truck driver, mechanic, and part sales, Dustin handles Summit Sales & Equipment’s inside sales. He has been with Summit for eight years and has developed a complete knowledge of the company’s extensive parts catalog in that time. Between that knowledge and his ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done, Dustin has become a go-to connection for numerous customers.

Bob has served a wide range of organizations in Ohio and elsewhere with Summit Sales & Equipment since 2011. Prior to that, he spent seven years with the Collier Equipment Company (SSE president John Collier’s former company), where he not only worked in sales, but also held positions as a welder and fabricator. That experience, along with his willingness to be available at any time on any day of the week, gives him a distinct advantage in helping his customers reach the top.

Stephen has been with Summit Sales & Equipment since 2011, when he became the first employee of Summit's West Virginia location. Since then, he has overseen the rapid growth of the branch into a vital part of the company's overall operation, featuring several exclusive services. In all, Stephen oversees three different West Virginia divisions (inspection, iron re-certification, and part sales), while taking a leading role in product line development and managing 18+ employees. Including his time at Summit, Stephen has 14 years of oil and gas experience.

District Manager


With nearly a decade of pipe inspection experience - the last three years at Summit - Shane offers our customers industry-leading knowledge along with the utmost integrity, offering both wherever needed, either on site or at our facility. From the Kelly or top drive to the bit, he knows every inspection procedure and is available day or night to answer a question or give a status update.

Inspection Manager


Derek arrived at Summit Sales & Equipment in 2018, after three years at Weir SPM. In the previous position, he served as lead inspector and eventually became a shop supervisor while working with all major frac companies on servicing iron to their exact specifications. Prior to his time with Weir SPM, Derek gained five years of oilfield experience with U.S. Well Services, where he was an iron coordinator. Outside of his mastery of all things iron, Derek enjoys golf and is also a part of the American Cornhole Organization, the sport's national governing body.

Iron Recertification Manager


​A proud Mountaineer who graduated from West Virginia University with a petroleum engineering degree, Chad's roots in the industry go all the way back to the age of 14, when he began helping with his father's oil and gas business. From that early point learning about well tending, equipment operation, and eventually obtaining a CDL, Chad went on to earn 16+ years of drilling completion, and production experience in the Devonian, Lower Huron, Marcellus, and Utica shale plays. Away from work, he enjoys being outdoors, particularly skiing during the ​winter.

NDT Manager


Kenny uses his two decades of oil and gas pressure pumping and primary cementing product experience to develop new customer relations for Summit Sales & Equipment. He began in the industry with Universal Well Service and then Allied Oil and Gas, until 2013 when he Joined Weatherford International. At Weatherford, Kenny worked in operations and sales management for the primary cementing division. He then joined Top-Co as northeast managing director in 2015 before arriving at Summit in February of 2020. Kenny enjoys working with customers to help find solutions to their problems and prides himself on being only a phone call or text away.

Cementation Manager


Vernon leads Summit Sales & Equipment's Appalachian Basin development efforts in the oilfield completion sector. He got his start in the industry with Allegheny before moving on to Weatherford International, working in management and sales of open and cased-hole services for each of those companies. In 2017, Vernon began selling completion equipment for Rubicon Oilfield International, a role he held until joining Summit in 2020. Vernon relishes the challenge of helping customers find solutions to their most difficult problems.

Completion Specialist


Since 2011, when he got his start in the oil and gas industry, Justin has quickly gained experience in most of the areas handled by Summit's West Virginia location. In all, he has five years of NDT inspection experience, along with two of pressure testing experience and two more in part sales. Justin joined the Summit team in 2017, where he's able to use his background to help a diverse range of customers reach their goals.

Nate is in charge of developing opportunities for Summit Sales & Equipment in the mid-continent and Rocky Mountain regions from his base in Colorado, where he has resided for four years. Overall, Nate has seven years of outside sales experience, including since his 2018 return to Summit after a previous tenure in the Wooster, Ohio office. In his free time, Nate enjoys adventuring in the mountains.
