Summit Sales & Equipment's backbone is our custom fabrication service. And the backbone of our custom fabrication service is our twin cementer, or body load double, built from the chassis on up in our fab shop at our Wooster, Ohio headquarters.

TRIPLEX PUMPS
Units may include twin JMAC 600 pumps, ideal for high-pressure well service, and featuring 4.5" diameter plungers. They carry a pressure rating of 6,290 psi and have a maximum input of 600 brake horsepower.
POWER AND DISTRIBUTION
An Allison 4700 OFS automatic transmission connects the engines (which can include the qualified models from Detroit Diesel, Caterpillar, and Cummins) to the pumps through heavy-duty drivelines.
PUMP POWER END LUBRICATION
The power end lubrication system includes an oil reservoir, pressure relief valve, pressure and temperature gauges, suction strainer, and a full flow filter. It is driven by a positive displacement pump through a PTO mounted to the transmission.
FLUID HANDLING
The fluid handling system features displacement tanks with a working capacity of 20 bbl, a mixing system consisting of an eductor mixer, a mixing tank, and an agitator, as well as a 4x3 mixing centrifugal pump, a 4x5 recirculation centrifugal pump, and a 6x5 boost centrifugal pump.
DISCHARGE MANIFOLD
Each fluid end discharges to a two-inch API type 1502 thread controlled by plug valves, with each featuring a pressure transducer and a 15,000 PSI pressure gauge.
DISPLAY
The operator console is a custom-built aluminum cabinet with a protective cover, and offering a full view of the various gauges - including those used for the engines, transmission, pumps, and the pressure gauges connected to transducers.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The hydraulic system consists of independent systems, one for the closed hydraulic pumps, and the other for the agitator open-loop systems. Each system includes a 42 gallon reservoir with a sight gauge, filtration system, and heat exchanger.
DIMENSIONS
In a trailer configuration, Summit's body load doubles are 68,000 pounds (with iron), 40 feet long, and 13 feet, 2 inches tall (to the top of the mixing head).
